Give every order a physical destination before the picker moves
Choose a cart or define the batch manually. With Cluster Cart 07 selected, Cybership prefills its 2 × 3 grid and order-size limits, then asks the operator to scan one empty Dallas tote into every slot.
The session cannot start from the cart path with an occupied cart or an incomplete tote grid. Six linked slots means six admitted orders already have named destinations.

Keep the source, quantity, cart position, and remaining work on one screen
The web session shows what remains by Product and location while the mobile pick shows the exact Product, source shelf, required quantity, and tote position. Lauren scans two Trail Polos at A-12-04 and places them in T-204.
Scans are accepted only while the session is In Progress. An unrecognized barcode records no pick; the operator can enter a quantity, choose Put in tote, or report an issue from the same mobile step.

When every remaining quantity reaches zero, #PS-2048 closes with all 24 units across six orders picked. The cart keeps its tote positions, and the completed session exposes total time, items picked, orders per hour, and lines per hour.
Closing finishes picking—it does not buy labels or ship orders. The floor receives a clear instruction to take the cluster cart to packing, while downstream work stays explicit.
