Once a tote reaches packing, Cybership keeps the order, picked stock, package layout, shipping choices, labels, and completion checks together. Operators can split items across packages and finish the order without reconstructing what happened at the bench.

Scan the tote and start with the order that is actually there

At Pack 02, scanning T-204 opens Northline Field Ops order #10492, records Lauren as the packer, and puts the four picked units beside an empty package workspace. The order, destination, tote, and exact stock rows are visible before the first carton is built.

T-204 holds three pending orders. This screen isolates #10492 now and can continue with the next order on the same tote after completion.

Build each package without losing what came out of the tote

Lauren assigns two polos and one bottle to Box #1, then puts the mug in Box #2. Each package keeps its own carton, dimensions, weight, shipping strategy, pack shots, and exact Product, UOM, lot, and expiration context.

Print actions stay unavailable until all four picked units are packed exactly once. Revision 9 also prevents an older bench state from silently overwriting the saved layout.

Print what is missing, then complete what is ready

Cybership purchases the two missing package labels, merges them into one station document, and leaves each label attached to its package. With both required pack shots present, Complete Order can fulfill the packages and close #10492.

Completion removes only this order’s four exact units from T-204, clears its tote assignment, and releases its fulfillment lock. If one label purchase fails, successful labels remain for the retry.
