Replenishment
Run replenishment as an operational report, not a guesswork process, by surfacing tasks by warehouse, configuring thresholds, and drilling into product-specific detail.

Surface what needs restocking before picks fail
The replenishment report shows every product that has fallen below its configured threshold at pickable locations. Each row surfaces the units needed, how many orders are waiting, and whether a putaway task already exists.
- Product-level detail with SKU, units needed, and allocated order count
- Status badges distinguish items already in putaway from those still unaddressed
- Report updates as inventory moves, giving a live view of replenishment demand

Product-level thresholds drive restocking
Every product carries its own minimum and maximum stock levels. When pickable inventory drops below the minimum, the system flags the product, shows how many units are needed, and surfaces available source stock so operators know exactly what to move.
- Color-coded severity: red for critically low, yellow for approaching minimum level
- Min and max levels per product with current pickable stock at a glance
- Source stock displayed alongside the deficit for immediate action planning
Reduce pick interruptions with proactive replenishment
Set min/max levels per product, choose FIFO or FEFO source strategies, and keep forward-pick locations stocked so pickers never arrive at an empty shelf.
