Refill the pick face before open orders run it dry
Start with the warehouse movement queue
The Replenishment Report names the Product, task type, quantity needed, allocated-order count, and whether the work is already in a Putaway List. Restock and Break remain distinct because they solve different warehouse problems.
Trail Polo needs a 42-each Restock for three orders. Cold Cup needs 18 eaches from full cases, so it remains a separate Break task instead of being hidden inside the movement quantity.

Open the task and see where 42 eaches comes from
Trail Polo has 18 eaches in pickable stock, a minimum of 24, a maximum of 60, and 42 eaches of open demand. The target is 60; subtracting the current pickable stock leaves 42, which already fits the six-each increment.
Because BULK-08 can cover all 42 eaches, the planner returns that 72-each source beside A-12-04, the pickable destination. Partial alternatives are omitted when one source can fulfill the task.

Connect the open orders to one exact source record
The Associated Orders tab explains the demand behind the task. On the warehouse floor, selecting Trail Polo carries BULK-08 and 42 eaches into #PL-1043 instead of creating an anonymous inventory move.
Once the Product is present in a non-completed list, the report marks it In Putaway by Warehouse Ops. Putaway Lists then owns destination selection, transfer, and completion.

Refill the pick face from evidence, not a walk through the warehouse
