Batch runs with per-form status tracking
Each scan form run groups shipments by carrier integration and tracks generation status independently. Auto-incremented run numbers give dock workers a simple reference for carrier pickup coordination.

Merged PDFs for organized handoff
All scan forms within a run merge into a single downloadable PDF. Hand the printed document to the carrier driver as proof of which packages are included in the pickup, grouped by carrier.
- One PDF per run covering all carrier forms
- Carrier-specific form IDs from the carrier API
- Shipment counts per carrier for verification
Workflow
From run initiation to carrier pickup
Initiate the run
Select the carrier integrations and date range for the run. The system groups eligible shipments by carrier and begins generating scan forms for each carrier integration in the selection.
Track generation progress
Each scan form within the run tracks its own status (Creating, Created, Failed). The run shows a current task message so operators can see what is being processed without staring at a spinner.
Print and hand off
Once complete, download the merged PDF containing all scan forms for the run. Hand the printed forms to the carrier driver as proof of what packages are included in the pickup.
