Fulfillment

Make the last warehouse touch an enforceable checkpoint

Give each bench its printers, scale, and returns default once. Then let the operator scan a fully picked tote, reconcile every unit into the right package, print through compatible station hardware, and complete only when the physical pack agrees with the order.

Configure the bench once; enter the next order with one scan

Pack 02 belongs to the selected Dallas warehouse and keeps its assigned printers, optional scale, and preferred Hospital Location together. From the station list, operators deliberately choose Pack Orders or Process Returns; the packing lane remains in its waiting state until a tote is scanned.

After TOTE-DAL-0104 is accepted, the station resolves T-104 and opens its pending order only because every picking allocation is complete. An unfinished or unassigned tote never opens as packable work.

Scan a tote to get started

Scan TOTE-DAL-0104 to resolve T-104 and open order #10492.

Accepted scans open only fully picked work.Requires a fully picked tote

The packing workspace keeps unpacked Product Stock on the left and the selected package on the right. A scan or pack action moves an exact quantity—along with its Product, UOM, lot, and expiration identity—into Package 1 while the remaining three units stay visible.

Package tabs, dimensions, station-scale weight, carton, shipping method, pack photos, and contents stay on the same surface. Label actions remain unavailable until all seven picked units are accounted for.

4 of 7 units packed · finish all items before label actions

Print through the station, then complete through a separate gate

Once both packages reconcile, Cybership purchases their labels and routes the 4 × 6 output to the Zebra while the A4 packing list goes to the Brother printer. This order is configured to require pack shots, so its three retained photos remain visible beside the labels, tracking numbers, and package contents.

Complete Order is still operator-triggered after exact quantities, package labels, and this order’s pack-shot requirement pass. If the order closes, requests cancellation, or enters a paused delegation state first, the station blocks packing and sends the tote through the explicit Hospital Location flow.

Make the physical bench agree with the fulfillment record

Keep the tote scan, package contents, measured weight, shipping choice, printed output, pack photos, and final exception gate attached to one order instead of reconstructing the pack after it leaves the floor.
