Fulfillment

Pack stations with the printers and scales they actually need

Each packing station ties to a warehouse, the printers it can use, and the scale that captures weights. Workers pick a station and the system routes pack and return work to it — every step recorded with scale lock, cartons, and pack photos.

Stations

Every station, the printers it owns, and the scale on it

The same Packing Stations table operators run from `/teams/fulfill/packing-stations`. Hardware mismatches show up immediately — a station with no scale can't capture weight.

Bench hardware

Printer, scale, scanner — bound to the station, not the user

Hardware is bound to the station so a worker who logs into Pack 02 gets Pack 02's printers and scale — no cross-station label routing, no surprise misprints. Returns benches share the same model with different defaults.

Printers

4×6 thermal · doc laser

Multiple printers per station, picked by purpose. Labels go to the thermal, packing slips to the doc printer.

Scale

Mettler-Toledo BC60

Live USB poll with a lock state — operators see when a weight is captured and trusted vs. live and changing.

Scanner

Honeywell 1900 · keyboard wedge

Scans drive every step of the pack — tote, items, package, label. No mode switching between scan-types.
