From order grouping to carrier handoff
Group orders by carrier and service
The system groups outbound orders by carrier, service level, and warehouse context. Operators work through a batch of similar shipments instead of switching between carriers and service types on every order.
Generate labels in parallel
Rate shopping runs for each shipment in the batch, labels are created in parallel, and print jobs route to the station's assigned printer. Failed labels are isolated and can be retried individually.
Assign to gaylords
After labels are generated, packages can be assigned to carrier-specific gaylords for organized dock staging. Each gaylord tracks which labels it contains and when it was closed for pickup.
Generate scan forms
Once a bulk batch is complete, generate SCAN forms to create a carrier manifest. The scan form proves what left the building and groups shipments for organized carrier handoff.
