Stage the whole recipe once; receive finished kits in honest batches
Starting WO-3187 transfers all 160 planned component units from the selected stock rows into non-sellable KIT-STAGE-02 in one operation. The floor can then commit 16 finished kits and 24 more without hiding either inventory conversion inside a final adjustment.
Each Transfer to Receiving consumes the matching recipe multiples and produces finished KIT-SPRING-01 at ASSEMBLY-OUT-01. Cumulative output cannot exceed the approved 40-kit plan.

Every batch applies the recipe again. Cumulative output cannot exceed 40; receiving stock is created in the same recorded operation that consumes staging components.
Close the work after production; keep labor and billing as separate evidence
The 40th kit completes the inventory plan, but it does not silently complete the work order or invent a charge. Cybership Ops closes WO-3187 through a separate action and keeps Jordan Lee’s 80-minute labor entry on the same record.
With delegated Work Order labor billing enabled, the shown nearest-15-minute rule produces a 1.25-hour billing input. Its amount remains pending until the applicable rate card calculates it.
