Integrations

Make connected systems do warehouse work

Bring sales channels, carrier accounts, file intake, printers, and scales into one operating view without pretending every provider works the same way. Cybership keeps each connection’s state and setup path visible—then carries the result into the warehouse workflow that needs it.

See the connections your operation owns

Northline's grid contains four different records: a Shopify sales channel, EasyPost carrier account, PrintNode provider, and SFTP order feed. Each keeps the state operators need for that connection instead of collapsing everything into one generic green dot.

The gain is one place to find the connection without erasing its contract: shops sync orders and inventory, carriers expose services, print providers make hardware available, and SFTP keeps file credentials plus import history.

Each connection keeps its provider, lifecycle state, and operating scope visible. The record type determines which setup, sync, and recovery controls are available later.

Connect PrintNode and keep the next state visible

The Add Integration selector exposes the twelve flows ShipOS supports today. Choosing PrintNode opens its API-key form, creates one Active print connection, and tells the operator that printers and computers will be synced shortly.

Marketplace install, authorization, guided setup, local credentials, and assisted onboarding remain distinct paths. PrintNode stays honest about the handoff: the connection is available while its device lists refresh.

Turn a remote account into named warehouse hardware

After sync, PrintNode makes one computer, three printers, and one scale available in Settings. Packing 01 assigns the Zebra and Brother printers plus its bench scale, so the label has a named destination and the packer can read a fresh 38.4 oz weight without retyping it.

When hardware changes, operators can use Sync Printers or Sync Computers while the connection is Active. Disabling the integration removes those sync actions and leaves one deliberate Enable Print Integration path.

An integration is useful when the warehouse can operate through it

A logo and a green dot do not remove a handoff. The gain appears when the connection has a truthful lifecycle, appropriate team access, recoverable sync controls, and a downstream workflow that consumes the result. Cybership keeps those provider-specific contracts visible without flattening them into one vague “connected” state.
